Except where otherwise stated, original artwork, photographs, designs, writing, brand assets, and other intellectual property used by Otter Designs are owned by The Ravenforge Trust and licensed exclusively to Heron Group LLC for commercial use.
Heron Group LLC operates Otter Designs and uses those licensed assets under an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license. Title to the licensed intellectual property remains with The Ravenforge Trust, and goodwill arising from use of licensed trademarks inures to The Ravenforge Trust.
Third-party trademarks, platform assets, production-partner materials, customer content, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit protected Otter Designs content.
